Now you have some data in your account, let's get to grips with some of the most-used tools in the HeliCrewManager software on the web. Building legal rosters using your set-up materials will be covered, alongside some more in-depth user management.
First off, let's look at the ways you can interact and manage your users.
In some cases, your HCM account will have been setup by your contact at HCM - in which case all your crew and operation's data will already be in the system. If you're populating a DEMO account, or setting up a brand new account for yourself, this guide will give you the info on best practices and useful features for your operation.
Some steps in this section of the guides may not help you if you have a lower level of user access.
